We always deal with Jennifer, she is amazing and excellent at her job. We have again booked another holiday with her and her knowledge and suggestions always work out. Would highly recommend Abbey Travel.

I booked some tickets for an Athletico Madrid vs Barcelona La Liga soccer game via Abbey Travel Sports Department. I was dealing with Paul Nolan who was so sound to deal with, we received the tickets via email a week in advance and they were in such a great location in the stadium. We have booked some rugby trips with Abbey Travel before and all have gone just as well as this soccer trip. Abbey Travel obvsiously have access to great contacts for tickets! Thanks again Paul!

We in good faith booked flights & accommodation to Iceland with Abbey travel last summer we paid our deposit 600€ with a balance due this February to fly beginning of April.
We started to receive quiet threatening emails cancelling our trip if the final payment of 1000€ wasn't paid on time
We duly paid.
We received our tickets by email last week and to our big surprise 0 luggage allowance.
Please note we had paid 128€ for luggage
We have spent the last few days to contact company through both email and phone calls
Eventually today we received an email stating we had an allowance of 10kg each on our luggage
128€ for 10 kg x 2 seems quiet excessive we have asked for new tickets to be issued and a proper explanation on the cost of said luggage.
Very surprised and disappointed with this company it would have been easier and less stressful if we'd booked ourselves🙁

I visited Abbey Travel Naas on Thursday February 29th and spoke with Lisa Cannon who was very helpful in selecting holiday options for me. The following day in Lisa’s absence I spoke with Angela Hayden and was able to complete my booking. On Saturday March 2nd Lisa contacted me to ensure everything was good to go and was able to help with a last minute hitch. I very much appreciated the follow up and customer service given by Lisa.
I have used Abbey Travel Naas many times over the past 30+ years and will do so again, and will happily recommend them and their excellent staff.

We booked with Jacynta last year and absolutely loved her personal knowledge of where we were going (1st time to travel to this destination) and she was 100% spot on about it. So much so when we decided to go on holidays this year we went directly to jacynta to book. She makes the whole process so simple .

After I made a mistake with the online booking, the sales agent looked after me. I should have been charged but the fee was waved. Be very careful loading the passenger names with the online booking. The sales staff in the Abbey St office could not help changing my booking mistake, which seems odd, this is confusing as it’s all named Abbey Travel. My suggestion is to have the full booking preview with names of passengers displayed before allowing the final booking fee to be processed.

Karen at Abbey Travel was the most helpful travel agent I have ever dealt with!

She took all the hassle out of booking flights to Australia for my husband and I as well as my daughter, who was leaving from a different country and wanted to meet us in Dubai for the flight to Brisbane and was returning on a different date.

A great experience. A user friendly website, lots of accommadation to choose from to suit your needs at competitive rates. Loads of pictures and written detail on the website about each hotel,resort ect... you can book your flights as part of the package as well if you want.
We received an email confirming out booking only minutes after we had paid online. A great quick service.

Orla - Our advisor was absolutely amazing. I usually book all my own holidays but I hadnt a clue about booking a cruise. Orla explained everything, looked at different options for us and came up with a package that suited our dates and more importantly our wallet.
Excellent service and if I could give 10 stars I would.

Wanting a once in a lifetime holiday to japan I had tried lots of travel agents in the north of Ireland where I live with no real success but fortunately having left a voice message on abbey travel's phone line Becci returned my call. She was fantastic from the start. Nothing was to much trouble, all my endless questions, queries and changes were answered with the same enthusiasm!! We booked everything Becci recommended, flights were flawless, our hotel was in the ideal location and was perfect for all our needs (a miracle with a party of 6) and private transfers made our arrival in toyko so easy. Becci made our holiday unforgettable!!! Can't wait for you to organise our next family adventure!!!

I dropped by Abbey Travel to price an upcoming trip having got various prices prices both online and other travel agents and I was pleasantly surprised at the cost so I immediately booked the trip. I was so satisfied that within a couple of days I upgraded to a better hotel and return transfer to my hotel. The booking agent Toni was very helpful and made the experience very simple.

Very friendly. We asked when booking for walk in shower young lady said she would have to email our hotel/apartment and would get back later that day to let us know if they could facilitate us. She was back to us before close of business on the same day to say all was good and yes we would have what we require.
